The Wilsonton P&C Association facilitates the provision of the uniform shop and canteen at the school. Funds from both these facilities are invested in the school where needed.
Students attending Wilsonton State High School are expected to maintain a high standard of uniform compliance. The school dress code provides detailed information for parents and students about these expectations.

A comprehensive range of uniforms can be purchased as well as some second-hand uniforms. Second-hand uniforms can be sold on consignment through the uniform shop.
